MAKE A LULAV SHAKE
Once again, the HNT community proved we really know how to shake a
lulav! On Sunday, September 26 we gathered at the shul to pick up
our Lulav & Etrog sets, and sing the Lulav Shake song. With the help
of Rabbi Rosenbaum and Rabbi Nussbaum we learned how to perform the
mitzvot of Sukkot. Remember, you’re never too old or too young to

1st ANNUAL HNT SUKKAH HOP
 More than 120 HNT members participated in our first
annual Sukkah hop on Sunday afternoon October 3. Nine families
around Mercer Island opened their homes and their sukkot to the
entire congregation. Sukkot themes included South Pacific, South of
the Border, Mediterranean, even a Husky Tailgate Party. Congregants
had the opportunity to enjoy everything from tapas to desserts along
with wine, coffee, juice and Mai Tais! Todah Rabbah and yasher koach
to all the host families.
