On Sunday, September 10, 2006 more thanr 300 members of the HNT family gathered at the Wittenberg Waterfront Park to celebrate the Concluding Event of our year-long 100th Anniversary celebration. It was a warm and sunny afternoon; the perfect day for a barbecue lunch. For some the highlight of the day was the opportunity to deposit their "message to the future" in our centennial time capsule. For others, it was the delicious 100th anniversary cake.

The 100th Anniversary co-chairs, Susan Edelheit, Ruth Winston and Bob Solomon, wish to thank all the wonderful, dedicated volunteers and staff who made this event, as well as all the events of this past year such a resounding success. We wish the Herzl-Ner Tamid community another 100 years of success and a Happy, Healthy, Peaceful New Year to all.
